This is how we work:
Contact us: Submit it online, email or fax it to us. Or call us at 212-283-3054 and you can speak directly with a concierge consultant.
- Our team of professionals will call you as soon as we receive the client profile. You will be given a member id so you can access your VIP Account.
- Decide whether you want to use our services a la carte or, alternatively, sign up for a monthly membership.
- Have your credit card ready to initiate your account. Or, if its more convenient, you can use PayPal
- Start using VIP Concierge Services by submitting requests via phone, fax, or email.
- Our consultants can usually fulfill your request within an hour in most cases. If your request requires more time, you will be notified.
- Payment for services will be due upon completion, or hours will be deducted from your monthly membership account.
